Slab is an English word that means a one-piece wide longitudinal cut of a whole section of a tree trunk. Massive longitudinal slabs of oak, walnut, Caucasian cap poplar, with the largest width. The edges of a plate are left not processed which accentuate their natural relief, they are used for production of original furniture or as independent subjects of an interior. Exposure of the entire section allows to reveal the grandeur and nobility of the tree.
